The family of the victim wept and the defendant showed no emotion as the Judge ready off the word “Guilty” three times for three very serious child sex crimes today. Christopher D. Prohaska, 43, of Michigan faces a maximum sentence of more than 100 years in the Wisconsin Prison System. The most serious charge was Repeated Sexual Assault of a Child.
According to the criminal complaint, in October of 2020, an 18 year-old high school girl spoke to her school resource officer about being sexually assaulted by Prohaska starting at age 11 and it continued until about 2016.
The prosecutor for the case was Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Smathers, the sensitive crimes prosecutor.
Presiding over the trial was Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Anthony Milisauskas. After the trial, he entered three verdicts of guilty in accordance with the jury’s verdict, which was unanimous. Judge Milisauskas said that the defendant testified, but that his testimony was detrimental to the case.
Prohaska will be sentenced on November 25, 2024.

Why do we bother feeding and housing these people? He’s guilty; a bullet is cheap.
Nah. I’m a friend of the victim—death would be too good for this POS. She has to live with the fallout of the trauma he caused her for the rest of her life. He deserves to suffer for the rest of his, knowing he will never again be a free man.
Too bad we have to pay for this bag of sh*t. I agree he needs to rot but I don’t want my taxes go to supporting this horses ass.
Who would possibly downvote that?
A commie liberal
It may have been someone agreeing with the cheap bullet suggestion
Now, in darkness, world stops turning
Ashes where their bodies burning
No more pedos have the power
Hand of God has struck the hour
Day of Judgment, God is calling
On their knees, the pedos crawling
Begging mercies for their sins
Satan, laughing, spreads his wings
Oh, Lord, yeah
Now hopefully someone shanks this mother fucker in prison….
He will not like prison and prison will not like him.
Just out of curiosity, has this man ever worked in the KUSD school district before?
Not yet…
