A key endorsement has been announced in the Kenosha County DA’s race. Carli’s McNeill (D) is running against Xavier Solis (R) for Kenosha County District Attorney.

“Xavier Solis stands with law enforcement and is committed to keeping Kenosha County safe,” said Congressman Brian Steil (R). “I believe everyone deserves to feel safe in their communities, and that’s why I’m supporting Xavier Solis for Kenosha County District Attorney.”

Xavier Solis – Local Attorney and Candidate For District Attorney

“I want to sincerely thank Congressman Steil for his endorsement and support of my campaign for District Attorney of Kenosha County,” said Solis. “His leadership during the 2020 riots was instrumental in bringing federal resources, and President Trump to Kenosha, helping to restore order during a time of crisis. His confidence in me is truly an honor, and I am committed to upholding the values of justice and integrity that we both stand for. Together, we can continue working towards a safer and stronger community. Thank you again to Congressman Steil for his trust and support.”

McNeill and Solis have squared off in a debate at the Salem Lakes Business Owner’s association. McNeill left in a hurry after she was sternly scrutinized by a dozen or so attendees that sharply criticized her for her soft-on-crime approach for doing things like giving a Racine County Man probation for child pornography, including 11-year-old girls involved in sex acts like “spread eagle.” Many criticized her for charging then-17-year old Kyle Rittenhouse with multiple counts of murder for a clear self-defense shooting.

After McNeil’s abysmal performance, she worked with far-left groups, like the Kenosha County Bar Association, WGTD, and the Women’s Club to host debates to ambush Solis. The Kenosha County Bar Association mentioned that Kenosha County Circuit Court Judges were eager for the debate – Wisconsin Supreme Court rules prohibit sitting judges from involving themselves in partisan politics.

WGTD had a host, Tyrone McDonald that, during the riots, made a series of posts to his Facebook account inciting looting, rioting, and even civil war. In one such post McDonald wrote in part: “Looting. I support looting. Here’s why…. I say take what ever you can fucking get from this forsaken land, black, white, asian or whatever.” In another post he incites rioting and violence saying in part : “The millennial rebellion….We are in the midst of the greatest rebellion since the 1960’s and headed towards massive civil unrest and potentially a civil war. OF WHICH I NOT ONLY WELCOME BUT SUPPORT!! Yes I said it.. and I don’t give two fucking shits either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!….If you are angry about a 55 inch television FUCK OFF…….” He goes on to say the MLK’s peaceful method of protest is now not “enough”, saying “Tear it down.. tear it down.. TEAR IT ALL THE WAY THE FUCK DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!”

In a Facebook post about Ahmaud Aubrey, McDonald wrote in part “I MIGHT LOSE MY JOB OVER THIS and to that I say FUCK IT….. This murder has showed us that killing black men is distinctly American…… White Supremacy is its heart beat.” McDonald wasn’t disciplined from WGTD because it is a far-left state-sponsored media outlet.

The Kenosha Women’s Network, whose liberal President, Guida Brown (D), already endorsed McNeill. Solis told the three liberal groups that he didn’t feel he’d get a fair shake, like Trump during his debate with Kamala Harris. Trump had to debate Harris and the two moderators.

“It is clear that these organizations are aligned with my opponent, Carli McNeill. This raises serious concerns about the fairness of these forums. I have no confidence that I would be given a fair opportunity to present my views in such settings,” said Solis. “My priority is to continue speaking directly with the voters of Kenosha County about critical issues like the opiate epidemic, which is ravaging our community. Unlike my opponent, who is soft on crime and believes in probation for violent offenders and drug-related crimes, I am committed to a tougher, more effective approach. I believe this is the best way to protect our citizens and honor those who have lost their lives to this crisis. For these reasons, I find it more productive to focus my efforts on connecting with the people of Kenosha County, rather than participating in a forum where the scales are already tipped in favor of my opponent.”

    1. It is the Democrats who have a history of prosecuting their political opponents and giving breaks to their party members. Just look at what they did to Trump in NYC in that kangaroo court

      1. Yes, look at what happened.

A jury of his PEERS found him GUILTY after examining EVIDENCE argued by his attorneys. Oh, the horror!

Trump’s team had every opportunity to present a defense, to cross-examine witnesses, to question the jury pool, and do everything else a legal team is allowed to do.

Any problem with the Trump prosecution is a problem with the constitution.

If anything, they treated him too leniently.

Judge Merchan found President Trump in violation of his gag order TEN TIMES and did not send him to jail. Do you think anybody else would get that kind of leeway? Anyone else would be behind bars.

        1. Except the trial was held by a judge who was openly hostile to Trump and broke evidential procedure many times, and as far as being judged by a jury of his peers, not hardly.

    2. You are so full of it Queen of rice. So tell me, was what the DA’s office did with the Rittenhouse trial an attempt at political crucifixion? Was the VIP treatment given to undocumented individuals in traffic cases not political? Was granting forgiveness to the rioters not political? Come on, make sense!
Vote Solis and be a real Queen

  1. Stop the presses! Did we really expect Steil to do otherwise?

Our congressman and county executive seem to be peas in a pod: good at getting their pictures taken but not much beyond that.

Remember, this is the district that was once represented by people like Paul Ryan and Les Aspin.

    1. It is obvious to everyone, Except for Straight White Male, that he struggles with his sexual identity. He was conditioned to hate gay people, probably by his abusive father who was also a closeted gay. STW’s deep-seated and long-standing desire to lay with a man enrages him. Due to his upbringing, he projects hatred towards gay people on this forum, he needs to acknowledge that he is a closet homosexual and come out.

      He knows he wants to.

              1. Straight White Male:

I am secure in with my sexual identity. You are not. You struggle to reconcile your deep-seated and long-standing desire to lay with a man.

Because you have been taught to hate gay people, your desire to lay with a man makes you very uncomfortable and causes you to lash out aggressively at other gay people. Face it. You are gay and you hate yourself for it.

You don’t have to hate yourself. You can get help and stop being the textbook example of a self-loathing, closeted homosexual.

    2. Law and Order for those felons we don’t support. If Republicans did not have double standards they would have no standards at all.

      2

  2. Because a charge unanswered is a charge believed, I’m going to take this one opportunity to defend myself and the completely nonpartisan organization that I chair.

As I explained to Kevin via email on September 6 after he emailed me, stating, “You are openly supporting Carli, and when Xavier declines to have a forum with your organization because you’re supporting her, you rebut by saying you aren’t supporting her.

“How does this make sense ? This is a good faith question. Not trying to fight, just doesn’t look good.”

I replied: “As you likely know, I spoke with Xavier after Heather Iverson’s investiture. I reiterated the invitation to participate in the forum, for which I had emailed an invitation. He wanted to know if the organizations holding the forum are Democratic. I tried to explain. He then said I’m a Democrat. I tried to explain. [I am neither a Democrat nor a Republican. I’m not liberal enough for liberals nor conservative enough for conservatives. I remain an independent because I can vote based on issues without concerning myself about offending a party.]

“[Xavier] then said that his opponent helped me with my campaign. I said she didn’t. He said she did doors for me. I was stunned and said, ‘Carli? No she didn’t.’ Seriously, how do I argue with a completely inaccurate statement? Giving up, I suggested he look at the Kenosha Women’s Network (KWN) website and let me know via email if he was interested in doing the forum.

“He emailed me the next day [August 16] and said, in part,

“‘It is clear that both you and the organization you chair are aligned with my opponent, Carli McNeill. Your longstanding friendship with Ms. McNeill, coupled with the fact that you have campaigned for each other in past elections, raises serious concerns about the fairness of this forum. I have no confidence that I would be given a fair opportunity to present my views in such a setting.’

“Carli is a member of the KWN because she paid her dues, not because the organization is liberal or because she gets special privileges for being a candidate for DA. In fact, we pride ourselves on being completely nonpartisan. [There was]… one picture, my entire experience with our having ‘campaigned for each other in past elections,’ as Xavier stated. One picture that was posted in March 2024 that includes Carli’s name as a supporter of my bid for County Board. This is Carli’s first election, and my first, in 2022, was relatively hapless, so I can guarantee the only person who helped me then was my husband. Carli supported me. If that can be construed as ‘campaigning’ for me, ok. I had NOT campaigned for her.

“I posted what I did [on Facebook on September 6] because I am totally supporting her now, since Xavier continues to move forward with false information. Had he agreed to the forum — heck, had he just not made assumptions about the forum and my relationship with Carli — I wouldn’t have posted it.

“I have no idea how Xavier got the impression that I have a ‘longstanding friendship’ with Carli. I’m friendly with her because she and I worked together on a Coalition…because we were trying to improve our community. Personally, I don’t believe that I would have accomplished half of what I did — what I’m proud of doing — in this community if I declined to work with anyone who agreed with my ‘opponents’ or people I disagree with. He’s saying that because, one time at band camp, Carli and I worked together on a project and now we’re friendly with one another, the organization I chair and I myself can’t be friendly and fair with him. I don’t see how any elected official could find this approach acceptable. I find it arrogant, petty, and insulting. So, yeah, NOW I’m fully and openly supporting Carli.”

    1. Guida Brown, nonpartisan my ass when those groups advocate for extreme liberal policies like abortions until birth. Save your nonsense. My family and I voted for you twice because you campaigned on being independent. You even told us that you were nonpartisan. But thank you for getting yourself involved in the DA’s race. It has exposed your real political leanings and you associating yourself with the leftist Democracts who want to abort babies until birth, and allow our city to burn. My family and I will NOT vote for you again.

      19
      2
  3. I’m calling on all fellow patriots to put their money where their mouth is and put as much money as they can into DJT stock. Take out loans and cash advances if you have to. Your country needs you!

    3
    1
  4. This is pretty typical of a lot of political races lately. Neither candidate is qualified to be DA and you have to pick the lesser of the two evils.

    2
    2
  5. Just because someone is running as a Republican doesn’t mean that they don’t have to earn my vote. I am still evaluating who to vote for as our next DA.

Mr. Solis has refused to debate his opponent. The excuses he has given are lame. This man is running to be the chief prosecutor in our county. He is a trial lawyer. The law is an adversarial process. Trial lawyers go to battle with opposing counsel. The courtroom is not necessarily a friendly venue. Mr. Solis should have the courage to face his opponent anytime, anywhere — even if if is at a meeting of the Kenosha County Democratic Party. If he can’t stand up and make his case in an adversarial environment, that speaks volumes about his qualifications both as an attorney and as someone who wants to be DA. Cowardice doesn’t fly in court.

    6
    6
    1. Sure Libtard, we beleive you are a Republican.
Did you see the CNN “debate” where Braziñ gave Hillary the answers?
Did you see the ABC debate recently where Kamala was obviously given the questions a week ahead of time and the “moderators” falsely fact checked Trump?
McNeil had here chance to debate in Salem and ran.
Solis is bringing his campaign to the people.
Noone attends or cares about Bar Association debates.
      Get ready to lose.

      6
      2
      1. What the fuck does that even mean? I agree….why aren’t these candidates debating? They are lawyers FFS. Hence my comment that both of these candidates suck.

        2
        4
      2. Game on. Even if the weird stuff you spouted is true…all the more reason. A trial lawyer in a courtroom is doing battle and has to be prepared to respond on a dime in an adversarial involvement. The deck may indeed be stacked against you but a great lawyer knows what to do to expound on the evidence and make his or her case. The DA is expected to be the people’s lawyer. Solis is evading the opportunity to show what he’s got. Cowardice has no place in the courtroom.

        4
        4
    2. The Democratic Party actually fears Solis. They are working hard to defeat him. They know their favors with the DA’s office are OVER.

      8
      1
    3. You are NOT a Republican, libtard. The DA’s race has exposed the RINOs in Kenosha. If you are really a Republican then you should be concerned of the individuals supporting Crooked Carli: Troy Landry. Sabrina Landry Joel Trudell, Stef Caputo, Lori Hawkins, Jodi Mueroff, Lydia Spottwood, Raymond Roberts, Shermain Harris, (and the other defund the police supporters.) No republican would agree with those nut jobs.

      1. Yes, they are definitely leftists but even a broken clock is right twice a day. The current RINOs who call themselves Republicans are a sick joke.

Neither candidate has shown to be the best and brightest.
