Accused child rapist and fired elementary teacher’s aid, Anna Marie Crocker, made a court appearance today for a preliminary hearing. The hearing, however, was delayed because of new charges that are imminent. There were two child victims identified by the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department, but District Attorney Patricia Hanson has yet to file the sexual assault charges in Racine County. In Kenosha, Crocker is facing three serious felony charges for two victims, age 12 and 13 at the time. Today, Crocker wasn’t wearing her “covid mask of shame,” but did have freshly-braided hair.

“We are now aware of a third victim,” said Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Smathers. “I should be getting those reports sometime this week. Additionally, Detective Moro is thoroughly going through the defendant’s phone, which may also result in additional charges.”

Defense attorney Benjamin Schwarz chose to postpone today’s hearing until the new charges are filed for judicial efficiency. “We are asking you to waive the time limit for the preliminary hearing at this time, said Schwarz. “It was my understanding after discussions with the State that they were going to ask for an adjourned arraignment date, actually. And rather than doing that, we’re asking for an adjournment of the preliminary hearing to allow the State to amend the complaint if they’re going to add any additional charges, rather than do that at the adjourned arraignment.”

Crocker spoke in court today in a colloquy with the court commissioner.

Commissioner: “Ms. Crocker, you have the right to have this hearing within 10 days due to the fact that your status has been deemed in custody. The court wishes to ask, are you willing to waive any time limits, or do you wish to proceed with the hearing? It’s up to you. Your attorney has requested, and the State has requested, additional time because there could be more charges, but it’s up to you. You have the right to have your preliminary hearing since you are in custody.”

Crocker was charged last Friday with 1st Degree Sexual Assault – Sexual Intercourse With a Child Under Age 13, Possession of Child Pornography, and Sexual Exploitation of a Child-Filming. These three charges come with them a maximum prison sentence of 125 years.

According to the criminal complaint:

Last winter, a 12-year-old friend of Crocker’s son was at a sleepover with other boys in the basement. The victim said that Anna Crocker was “acting crazy every time he was over there because she is a heavy drinker.” He woke up to a naked Anna Crocker who forced him to have sexual intercourse with her. The victim said he told Crocker to stop and and tried to push her off of him. The victim’s friends saw what happened in the basement. Eventually the news made its way to the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department who conducted a quick, but thorough initial investigation. The investigation is still ongoing.

Crocker was also charged with exchanging sexually explicit photos and sexual videos with a second minor victim who is 14. This child said that he was also sexually assaulted by Crocker, but it happened in Burlington, so the Racine County DA’s office could possibly charge Crocker. The one child victim is a student at Riverview School and the other graduated from the school.

During an interview with detectives, Crocker admitted to receiving and sending sexually explicit videos of a minor. She also admitted to sending one sexually explicit video to another student. This was also confirmed via a forensic download of the phone.

(Kenosha County Sheriff)

Crocker was fired last Friday from Riverview Elementary school in Silver Lake – the day she was charged.

She is due back in court on November 22, 2024. ADA Smathers told the media that she will be filing the new charges in “a week or two.”

    1. Depends on if she or a relative hired them or the state. I’m guessing with two she or someone hired them for her.

    2. Both of those attorneys are employed with the public defenders office. So, yes “we” are paying for them. She must qualify to have the public defenders office represent her, which is more likely now that she doesn’t have a job.

  1. Must have made a friend while locked up, nice job on the hair braid. So many innocent victims, feel sorry for her kids and the parents of the victims. But let’s all be honest, I am sure the ‘victims’ enjoyed it, I know as a 13 year old I could have only dreamed of it.

      1. First off, it’s 2024, you are probably the biggest piece of shit that follows KCE. ‘Faggotts’ as you say is so wrong, they were born that way, it is not a choice you ignorant asshole.

Second, you just showed how ignorant you are. When I was 13, of course I could only dream of having sex with an older lady. Much better than sneaking through the dumpsters behind RK News hoping to score last months playboy to pleasure myself to. So you dumb fuck, a pedo is an older person taking advantage of a minor, not the other way around.

Jesus I’m do glad I am 1,000 miles away from this shithole you people call home. Every person I know that stayed in Kenosha after high school is a complete low life losers. Share your name, I am sure you are one of them.

Now go suck a dick and make sure your don’t ignore the balls you homophobic little BITCH!!

    2. Hey, how about you go fuck yourself?
I hope you don’t have kids because you are fucking disgusting. These are BOYS, asshole.
