KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. — A 19-year-old Racine man is facing five felony charges after allegedly fleeing a Kenosha County sheriff’s deputy at speeds up to 120 mph, turning off his headlights during the pursuit, and crashing into another vehicle in Somers on Friday.

This should have been the charge decades ago for this and thousands of murders by vehicle could have been avoided.
