KENOSHA, Wis. – A 34-year-old Kenosha man with a prior felony conviction is facing four new criminal charges after authorities allege he fled from police during a probation check and was later found in possession of child pornography.
Jeremy D. Walker was formally charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of child pornography, one count of escape, and one count of obstructing an officer. Each charge carries a repeater enhancer due to a 2024 felony conviction for exposing genitals to a child.
According to the criminal complaint, Kenosha police and probation agents had arranged to meet with Walker on June 24, 2025, to seize his electronic devices as part of an ongoing Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. When Walker failed to respond to contact attempts, his GPS ankle monitor placed him at a storage facility on 22nd Avenue. Officers located Walker there and detained him.
As officers prepared to take Walker to jail, he allegedly fled on foot, slipping between a car door and a fence. He was caught after a short chase and taser deployment. During the investigation, police recovered a USB drive and a phone, as well as online cloud accounts linked to Walker. Authorities say they found videos in his Dropbox account depicting explicit content involving what appeared to be prepubescent children.
At the time of the alleged incident, Walker was on probation and reportedly living out of his girlfriend’s vehicle.
He appeared in court and was charged Wednesday. Court Commissioner William Michel II set cash bail at $30,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 11.
If convicted on all counts, and with repeater enhancers, Walker faces over 60 years in prison.

And the impact ripples far beyond one family—it affects entire communities.
