RANDALL, Wis. — A 21-year-old woman from Illinois is facing two misdemeanor charges after deputies say she physically blocked her boyfriend from leaving their camper during a heated argument at the Country Thunder music festival over the weekend.

Sumer Mari Perzigian, of Ingleside, was charged Monday in Kenosha County Circuit Court with resisting an officer and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. The disorderly conduct charge carries a domestic abuse enhancer due to the nature of the incident.
Deputies with the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched around 12:49 a.m. on Saturday to campsite G21 at the Country Thunder grounds in the Town of Randall. The call came in as a report of a disorderly individual. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with Perzigian’s boyfriend, who said the two had been arguing throughout the day and that she had been drinking heavily.
According to the criminal complaint, the boyfriend said Perzigian became increasingly upset as the night went on. At one point, she allegedly locked him out of the camper, but later let him back inside. When they returned from the concert, the argument escalated further. He told deputies that Perzigian took his blanket and pillow, yelled at him repeatedly, and made accusatory statements about his brother, who was also present. When he attempted to leave to de-escalate the situation, he said Perzigian physically blocked the door and shouted at him to “lay the f— down.”
The man told deputies he was concerned for his safety and decided to call 911 when Perzigian refused to let him leave. After he told her he was calling the police, she allegedly moved just enough to let him exit the camper.
When deputies attempted to speak with Perzigian, they reported that she appeared intoxicated and agitated. She declined to give her name or engage with them, stating she had “nothing to say” and did not want to talk. When she attempted to walk away, a deputy grabbed her arm to stop her. She was handcuffed, but continued to pull away from law enforcement, according to the complaint.
The Sheriff’s Office originally referred the case as a felony, including false imprisonment and disorderly conduct. However, the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office chose to file only misdemeanor charges.
At her initial court appearance Monday afternoon, Assistant District Attorney Zachary Brost requested a low cash bail. Court Commissioner William Michel set bail at $150 cash. It was not immediately clear Monday evening whether the defendant posted bail.
Perzigian is due back in court for a pre-trial hearing on August 27.

Sure. Ok.
He could have hit her. Threw her out of the way as he tried to exit the camper. Got charged with disorderly or worse, domestic violence.
But instead he laid back and let the police drag the drunk bitch away !
Xavier then decided correctly to not mess her up with a felony and let her off with misdemeanors.

A hot chick overpowering her boyfriend certainly qualifies – just like when Tiger Woods’s very hot wife beat him up goofy for cheating, coming home stone drunk after midnight, and crashing his car in 2010…Tiger’s Man Card was revoked then and he never really ever recovered it…especially after emasculating himself apologizing to a panel of females, including his mother on national TV.
