Kayla Elizabeth Urban was charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court on Wednesday with physical abuse of an elder person and disorderly conduct.

The incident occurred around 3:09 p.m. Tuesday while the grandmother was driving Urban home from Gateway Technical College. According to the complaint, the two began arguing when the grandmother attempted to connect her GPS to the vehicle’s display screen, while Urban wanted to play her music loudly instead. During the dispute, the grandmother told Urban that she “needed to go back to the psych ward,” which reportedly triggered Urban to strike her twice on the right arm with an open hand, causing pain.

Fearing for her safety, the grandmother pulled into a gas station and called the police.

Urban denied hitting her grandmother and told officers she only “swatted or nudged” her during the argument.

Because the victim is over 60, prosecutors charged Urban with a Class H felony, punishable by up to six years in prison.

Urban appeared in court Wednesday, where Court Commissioner William Michel II set cash bail at $2,500. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 20.

    1. Yea, go on thinking that. You are a boy among men. You probably still regularly visit your collection of 1970’s Playboys since no decent woman would ever have an immature creepy perverted old man like you.

Go ahead, brag some more about your imaginary sexual conquests just like a group of middle school boys would do.

Grow up. It is not the 1970’s and you are supposed to be a man. Stop bragging about the sex life you had when you were a boy. No one is impressed except for you, and maybe another immature middle school boy.
