KENOSHA, Wis. – A 37-year-old Kenosha man with a felony record is facing new criminal charges after police say a shocking scene involving blood, bruises, and bizarre sexual claims unfolded near the Bullseye Bar last week.

(Kenosha County Sheriff)

According to the criminal complaint, witnesses called 911 on August 7 after spotting a crying woman, barefoot and bleeding from her leg, being pulled into a garage on 60th Street by Nicholas S. Ocana. One bystander told officers the woman appeared terrified and injured. Responding officers followed a trail of fresh, bright red blood leading up the driveway to the garage, where they encountered the woman, dirty, bruised, and with dried blood on her face. Her left foot was wrapped in a black T-shirt and duct tape.

When questioned, the woman—identified as Ocana’s girlfriend—gave wildly inconsistent answers about their relationship. At first, she denied he had harmed her, then claimed the marks were from consensual BDSM activity, and even told police the two “use shotgun shells in a sexual manner.” Officers noted she displayed dramatic mood swings, shifting between emotional highs and lows within moments.

Police documented extensive injuries on her arms and legs, including bruises resembling fingerprints. Some appeared fresh while others were older, suggesting repeated trauma. Despite her refusal of medical care, witnesses were adamant they saw Ocana dragging her into the garage. One man, who has children with her, told police Ocana had broken her phone and that she had been living with him in the garage for over a month.

Ocana, who was convicted in 2023 for felony narcotics possession, returned to the scene while officers were still investigating. He allegedly became combative, shouting profanities, refusing to answer questions, and at one point thrusting his hands forward and taunting officers to “arrest me.” He was taken into custody without further incident.

Prosecutors have charged Ocana with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, both with a repeater enhancer, and the disorderly conduct charge includes a domestic abuse designation. The repeater status could substantially increase potential penalties due to his recent felony conviction.

Ocana appeared in Kenosha County Circuit Court today, where a court commissioner set cash bail at $750. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 17.

    1. Ah….”she denied he had harmed her, then claimed the marks were from consensual BDSM activity, and even told police the two “USE SHOTGUN SHELLS IN A SEXUAL MANNER.”

She also appears to be someone who has some issues…

      1. So someone with issues deserves this treatment? A real man would not let a woman live in a filthy garage. A real man wouldn’t hit a woman. Only a crackhead would. Look up his record and all who are associated with this POS. I know who this girl is. If she were in her right mind she would never be involved with such scum of the earth. He has been drugging and manipulating her. Knowing what I know she has Stockholm syndrome. He needs a shotgun shell between his eyes.

          1. You know both of them? Hmm…And how well do you really know her? You have no clue. You are probably fucked up yourself mister or miss anonymous pussy.

        1. If the father of her children is so abusive than why when she was with him she was always put together beautifully and cared about herself and her children. To being introduced to your addict father with a record by another crackhead “friend” Emma that results in her appearance changing to a dirty street person with clear evidence of trauma and abuse in a matter of a month of knowing him? Explain that? You become who you hang around with.

    2. We have proof it wasn’t him Mr anonymous if it was why would his bond be 750$? We have video proof it wasn’t him n she’s a crazy crackhead who does take care of her children she asked him to live in that garage cuz she didn’t have an house

  2. This disgusting criminal is taking advantage of a troubled young woman. Feeding her drugs so she stays out of her mind to stay with him. All the people defending him are all criminals. Drugs and battery charges all of them. Whoever owns this building letting him and the rest of the dirtbags stay “work” there should be held negligent too. They know exactly what goes on at that place. The bar across the way doesn’t even want anything to do then. This waste of space needs to be put away for a long time.

      1. Oh dear girl. Looking at all your comments looks like you inherited your daddy’s anger issues. Your father is taking advantage of this woman that you are belittling who has been through things I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. She comes from a very good family who loves her immensely and she has never been in a want or need for anything. She has a home. She is lost. You also know nothing of the father of her children. I suggest you look him up on CCAP and compare it to your father’s and even your uncles list of offenses. Your father has a record that is undeniable. And if he wasn’t an abusive crackhead why would one of your closest family members reach out to warn her about your father’s violent history? His violence is the reason he doesn’t have a home. Hope you never have to repeat the cycle of violence your mother has experienced.

  5. For those thinking she wanted all of this. No she doesn’t. She met him and he introduced her to crack. I know this girl better than anyone. She had a moment of clarity when she was out and then he contacted her by third party when he got out. She is with him right now. He has her there against her own free will and has been the whole time by keeping her drugged up. She hates what he does to her. He refers to her as his slave. If anyone knows what the substance crack does to a person they would understand this. They will put themselves through Hell for another fix. It steals their entire essence of who they are. She doesn’t want to be with him it’s the drug that is how he has a hold of her. This monster is going to end up killing her either by his own two hands or overdosing her till her heart explodes. And that monster will not call for help. He will end up disposing of her like garbage. And he will have help from all his criminal buddies that are involved with that garage. Each one of them knows exactly what is going on and so does the owners of the building. She is going to wind up like that poor woman who was killed in Milwaukee. The system is messed up by letting him out with all his offenses while others sit for minor thing in jail for longer with higher bonds. And it should be a policy when a person is clearly assessed by medical professional EMTs and the police that they are not in their right state of mind, clearly under the influence and has visible evidence of past and present abuse, they should be chaptered into the hospital for a stay. Someone needs to save this woman and report anything they know or see to the police.

  6. Fuck every pussy ass lowlife crackhead who defends this POS wanna be of a man. And it is insane to think he has kids. Notice everyone who defends him has a long record and guess what – majority have domestic abuse on it. This guy needs to be locked and the key thrown away.
