KENOSHA, Wis. — Three Kenosha County Jail inmates were charged Monday in connection with a violent fight that broke out inside Cell Block B on July 17. All three remain in custody and are scheduled to make their initial court appearances Tuesday at 1 p.m.
According to criminal complaints, the incident began when 25-year-old Bob D. Morning III and 22-year-old Marcellous Z. Radford started arguing during a poker game. Morning told deputies that Radford was “talking shit” to him, and video later showed the two squaring off inside Morning’s cell. Morning appeared to throw the first punch, and the two wrestled inside before other inmates attempted to intervene. Morning admitted to deputies that he had placed Radford in a headlock during the struggle.
The fight spilled back into the common area, where Morning took off his shirt. Radford rushed at him, punching him again. Morning knocked Radford to the ground. At that point, 19-year-old Jesse T. Garcia joined in, running over and swinging at Morning’s face. Deputies reported Garcia struck Morning several times before wrapping his arm around Morning’s neck in a chokehold while they went to the ground. Garcia later admitted to deputies that he hit Morning about four times and put him in a headlock, saying he felt Morning was “picking on” Radford and that he stepped in to defend him.
Deputies noted Morning’s left eye was swollen and bloodshot. Garcia had a red mark on his knuckle and a scratch on his wrist.
Each inmate faces felony charges. Garcia is charged with strangulation and suffocation, a Class H felony carrying a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $10,000 fine, along with misdemeanors for disorderly conduct and violating jail rules. Radford and Morning are both charged with battery by prisoners, also a Class H felony punishable by up to six years and a $10,000 fine, plus additional misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and institutional violations.
All three defendants are scheduled to appear before a Kenosha County court commissioner on Tuesday afternoon.

The, “I can’t breeve” routine. Again.
The gene pool is really getting fucked up….
Nothing new. These events are common in that garbage DNA cesspool in jails and prisons across the nation. Likely the guards even set them up for amusement. Normally they are not reported. Eye keeps “eye” out for these tidbits. Key point: that DNA cesspool are prime assets of the insane power drunk Democrats after they are released into what remains of civil society to destroy it – as animal predators from their zoo cages. And many a “loose” Democrat woman desires their “action”.
The delusion is strong with this one.
