KENOSHA, Wis. — A 23-year-old Kenosha man was formally charged today with two felony counts of possessing child pornography after investigators tied him to disturbing images flagged by a national cyber tipline.

According to the criminal complaint, Kenosha police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in June 2024. The tip originated from Facebook, which reported an account under the name “Ichigokurosaki6901” linked to David Julian Jimenez, born in 2001. Detectives obtained a search warrant for the account and recovered images of prepubescent girls engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Police confirmed Jimenez’s identity through state records and matching photos. Investigators said that while Jimenez previously lived on 21st Avenue in Kenosha, his current address is unclear. They noted that additional charges may be forthcoming as the case develops.
In court today, District Attorney Xavier Solis asked for $250,000 cash bail, citing the seriousness of the allegations. Court Commissioner William Michel II instead ordered Jimenez held on $100,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 3.
Each of the two counts carries a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison and a $100,000 fine. If convicted on both charges, Jimenez faces up to 50 years behind bars and fines totaling $200,000.

It’s good to see that the judiciary is not in lock-step with the DA’s office. We need that level of independence. And seriously, he’s not accused of creating these photos — it’s not even clear that he, personally, possessed them. Too few details to judge at this point. But I think the $100,000.00 set by the commissioner is MORE than sufficient — probably excessive. In all likelihood, the cat ain’t postin’ it. On top of that, not sure why everyone is so obsessed with the bail amount.
It’s a modern day Scarlet Letter Stain – a lifetime sentence with a very deep and massive national dragnet cottage industry that feeds off of any and all unfortunate uninformed males that access its web of honey pot porno websites. Created and coordinated by Hillary Clinton and the late Clinton AG Janet Reno (a stiff man-hating, allegedly lesbian spinster) as part of the 1994 Clinton Crime Bill. While it does catch and put away many dangerous pervs and perps, it equally entraps and permanently destroys many harmless 20-something males (acceptable collateral roadkill) who are raw meat for ambitious local DAs and for easy lay up convictions and subsequent promotions – as well as a streaming fee rich inventory for the local lawyer fraternity. Finally, this national racket is run primarily by zealot females with a cadre of male subordinates, many low-rent psychology and sociology degreed types, unemployable elsewhere, whom are culturally and politically bulletproof from any reproach.
It’s quite sad that these perverts have become so commonplace that they get few horrified reactions anymore.
