KENOSHA, Wis. – A 53-year-old Kenosha woman faces two Class C felony drug charges after police say they found more than 71 grams of a substance that field-tested positive for both methamphetamine and fentanyl. Laura E. Patterson-Beltran was formally charged Sept. 10 and had cash bail set at $25,000; defense attorney Terry Rose raised concerns about her competency and a competency hearing is scheduled for Oct. 22.
