This guy is a POS
No he’s really not. First , obviously it want intentional and second if you slowed the video down and saw (first it didn’t hit that lady if that fool didn’t jump and smack it) And second , once she was allegedly “bumped” Haithcock went to see if she was okay
Thanks to the idiots that voted in these idiots, now we are going to pay thru the noise for these actions, not even saying I am sorry or are you ok! Real class less Haithcock then we wonder why kids are rude!!
Bad judgment,bad throw,bad catch,bad apology,bad gold digger.
What a dick.
He’s a POS and racist!
No common sense! If he wanted to give someone a water bottle just hand it to them, I don’t understand why he had to throw it? I hope he rushed over to help poor lady who was hit or did he just keep walking?
It figures, he is a Carthage Alumni therefore he feels like he can do whatever he wants in Kenosha. Entitled Jerk!
Fire him
Getting hit in the head with a water bottle with an underhand toss leads to medical bills and enough damages to sue? I’m not familiar with this KUSD executive but I’m whether people like him or not I’m sure this was an accident. And why is this not a civil matter? He can pay for supposed injuries and damages
I would venture to say that if he had simply apologized, none of this would have escalated to this point.
Exactly. If he has no moral character, or at least not enough to apologize, he’s unfit for his position.
Did I miss where it stated he didn’t apologize? If he didn’t, that is disgusting but not a reason to sue. People are so freaking sue happy these days. Clearly the kid asked him to toss him a water bottle and he made the poor decision to do so without looking to make sure it was safe. It was underhand and a plastic bottle. You ever see that trend where people attach those to fans and let it swing while blind folded? That has to hit a lot harder. He shouldn’t lose his job and KUSD shouldn’t have to pay out over something that wasn’t intentional.
Ambulance chaser. BS lawsuit. Grow up. No way a water bottle resulted in injuries.
You’re correct but that doesn’t minimize what the douchebag did. He needs to grow up, own it and apologize.
But if this is what it takes for someone in the upper-echelon of KUSD to be held accountable for their actions, then I’m here for it.
They have this misguided belief that they’re untouchable— it’s time for that to end.
What an absolute loser
Why should homeschoolers and families whose kids attend parochial/private schools have to pay KUSD court defense and damages for this type of B.S.?
BTW, students are suspended/expelled for this type of behavior.
Honestly, he was the principal at my middle school back in the day and he’s actually a really nice guy. It’s hard to believe he didn’t apologize when it happened. People wonder why insurance is so expensive these days – it’s because of sue happy people like this.
