KENOSHA, Wis. – Two alleged members of an interstate fraud ring are now facing felony charges in Kenosha County after a series of smash-and-grab vehicle break-ins led to a broader identity theft and bank fraud scheme.

They haven’t caught them yet. Just issued warrants for their arrest.
They should qualify for Michels probation
