A guy i went to high school in Libertyville sentence to 30 years to life for killing his girlfriend.The summer we graduated. He got paroled after thirty three years. He disappeared Into nowhere when he got out. Frank Slago was his name.
I’m also from Libertyville. Frank Slago moved to the near West Side of Chicago after he got out and lived in halfway house. He died a few years ago and is buried in the family plot at Acension Cemetery. Kim Muno wasn’t his girlfriend, but he had a crush on her. She was homecoming queen. Such a sad story. His parents and siblings were really nice people.

I remember this as if it was yesterday. Wisconsin is crazy, The man that murdered my friends dad in the early 80’s just because he was hell bent on killing the next person he saw was paroled a few years ago. It brought back all the pain for the family. It’s not right. Plus at 61 years old what skills does he have? How is he going to earn a living? He hasn’t paid into social security in almost 40 years. What’s the easiest way to make money? Stealing or dealing. I hope the next victim of his crimes is a liberal politician
