As one of his victims my heart goes out to this young woman. I can only imagine what you went through. I have had to live with the nightmares for 30+ years. I’m so sorry this has happened. I know he has lots of victims as many of his victims were under 18 when he first started and raping girls. I usually don’t speak out or respond to things like this on social media. Unfortunately Milwaukee County was unsympathetic in the 90’s when girls or women reported rapes and females were treated like they did something wrong so many times rapes in Milwaukee weren’t reported. He did serve time for kidnapping and rape and did around 20 years for it. I’m so sorry this young lady has suffered so much pain from this monster because the state of Wisconsin allowed his to be freed and walk the streets again
