SOMERS, Wis. — A Somers man remains hospitalized after a deadly crash that left one woman dead Sunday evening, but his case is already moving forward in Kenosha County Circuit Court. Marcus R. Mann, 27, appeared only by name Tuesday during a bail hearing, as he was unable to attend in person. Court Commissioner William Michel II set his bond at $200,000 cash. Mann’s initial appearance is scheduled for October 17 at 1 p.m.
