The whole Probation Parole division of DOC is a giant waste of money.
Even if the agent wanted to lock him up, she would need supervisor approval…and DOC won’t do it…He will get a worksheet and maybe a discussion about it. So he can get in his car and drive from the agents office.

Probation in WI is an absolute joke thanks to Tony Evers. People on probation used to actually have to be on their toes to a point, now not at all. If the rare event they get urine tested their agent tells them ahead of time and they bring in a prescription bottle of clean urine. The agent doesn’t verify that the liquid they provid s even their urine.
They still live with the people they’ve victimized and have contact with their victims. It’s an absolute shame and a lie towards society.
Probation agents only seem care (slightly) for sex offenders, which is a shame because everyone should be scrutinized with the exact same rules.
They need actual oversight
Kenosha used to be known for having very strict probation and the same with DHS. They are both a joke now. Probation doesn’t revoke and DHS leaves kids in dangerous homes. Someone needs to investigate.
