KENOSHA, Wis. — A 31-year-old Kenosha man accused of threatening to harm a police officer and resisting arrest after a hit-and-run crash outside the Public Safety Building was charged in court today. Court Commissioner Michael Masnica set cash bail at $5,000 for Calvin E. Williams III, who is due back in court October 17 for a preliminary hearing.
