KENOSHA, Wis. — Two Zion, Illinois women have been charged in connection with a violent attack on a woman outside her Kenosha residence last month — and both were granted notably low bail amounts despite one defendant being a convicted felon currently held on a probation hold.

The bond amount could be $0 if they are on a probation hold, they aren’t getting out.
