SOMERS, Wis. — A 54-year-old Kenosha man, Mario Perales, was charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court on Monday with fourth-offense operating while intoxicated and failing to install an ignition interlock device, both as a repeater. Court Commissioner William Michel II set his bail at $5,000 cash, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 28.

offenders who have been ordered to install an interlock should be required to provide proof of the installation within a 30 day period. their one year of usage of this device would begin upon the verification of the installation.
