
SOMERS, Wis. — The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office notified the public Thursday that two registered sex offenders will be placed in the 11300 block of Burlington Rd. in the Village of Somers following their release from prison. Officials emphasized the men are not wanted by law enforcement and will live under tight supervision designed to protect the community.
Authorities identified the men as Brian T. Threlkeld, 44, and Sebastian P. Parker, 41. Threlkeld’s related convictions include 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child and repeated acts of sexual assault against the same victim/incest. Parker’s related convictions include child abuse and 4th-degree sexual assault. Both are lifetime registrants on the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program and will be GPS-monitored on supervised release; violations will result in immediate apprehension and investigation, the agency said.
