KENOSHA, Wis. — Johnny D. Stokes, 45, of Kenosha, who has a long domestic-violence record, was taken into custody just after noon Wednesday on warrants in three open criminal cases, after what court records indicate was roughly two years of non-appearance. Prosecutors under District Attorney Xavier Solis now appear poised to revoke multiple deferred-prosecution agreements he received under former DA Michael Graveley (D), and new charges may be forthcoming.
