SOMERS, Wis. — Jarvis R. Davis, 47, of the 4600 block of 10th Avenue in Kenosha, was in court and charged today with a string of domestic violence and drug-related felonies after deputies found a woman bloodied and battered inside a motel room early Tuesday morning. Commissioner William Michel II set his cash bail at $10,000. Davis is due back in court on November 7th for a preliminary hearing.
