KENOSHA, Wis. — A 41-year-old Kenosha woman accused of setting off improvised explosives and ramming her pickup truck into a home in the city’s Tyler’s Ridge subdivision was formally charged Friday with four criminal counts after a chaotic overnight incident that police say left a west-side neighborhood shaken.

The poor guy he couldn’t even call the police. The Police would have done nothing if he had called and said hey she’s been threatening me blah blah blah. If it was a guy and just drove by some woman’s house. They would send 5 squads to find him. I’m a woman and a double standards is ridiculous.
