Kenosha Man Accused of Running Drug House and Committing Violent Break-In Given Just $15,000 Total Bail

KENOSHA, Wis. — Keith E. McClendon, 36, of Kenosha, was criminally charged today in two separate felony cases — one alleging he operated a full-scale drug-trafficking house on 69th Street, and the other accusing him of breaking into a home, assaulting a man over an alleged $100 debt, and attempting to rob him. Despite the scope and seriousness of both cases, Court Commissioner Masnica set McClendon’s combined cash bail at just $15,000.
