KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha career criminal with more than twenty years of felony convictions and multiple open cases was charged today after prosecutors say he walked into the Stella Hotel lobby, exposed his penis, masturbated in front of guests and staff and ejaculated, then fled before police arrived. Despite his long criminal history and the serious exposure he faces across his open files, Supplemental Court Commissioner David Hughes (D) set his bail at only $2,500 cash.

Yes, the dude is derelict garbage and would be economically best converted to ashes unless he could be evangelically saved and converted to productivity, which is impossible without divine intervention. Without a strong extra-legal Citizen-protective Kenosha Mafia (more than the local social alpha loudmouthed “poseur DeNiro” Italians…but real thing: deadly silent Sicilians with German and Russian stone killers) and a WI State justice system that needs and protects him as a repeat public defender and jail-bird financial asset, the perp will be a perpetual feature of “Kenosha Life”. Kenosha attracts the criminal elements due to its liberal leaning soft on crime judicial system along with corrupt politician’s city & county wide who many are mostly criminal’s themselves while enslaving taxpayers for the sole purpose of lining their pockets financially along with power & control. Jobs for family member’s and their friend’s. Most do not possess the qualifications/experience for the roles they play. Some with fraudulent credentials. A very high percentage of these individuals would never achieve employment in the private sector outside the Kenosha arena. Their backgrounds would be exposed rather than hidden.
