KENOSHA, Wis. — A convicted felon with a long history of cocaine-delivery convictions is once again facing serious felony drug-trafficking charges after the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office refiled his case on Thursday—just days after Judge Jodi Meier dismissed the original case when law enforcement declined to release the identity of a confidential informant.
