KENOSHA, Wis. — A 40-year-old Kenosha man with a long and fast-growing list of open criminal cases was charged Friday with a felony for allegedly threatening to physically harm a Pleasant Prairie police officer during an October arrest — the same incident that began after he was identified in a dine-and-dash investigation and shortly after he allegedly stole and pawned a Blackstone grill.
