PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — An Illinois man who scammed a 74-year-old Pleasant Prairie woman by coating her driveway with black paint and passing it off as professional sealcoating was sentenced last week to 60 days in the Kenosha County Jail.

Thank you for making sure restitution had been made in fall. No amount of time served or fines paid would be justice, if restitution hadn’t been made. 👍🏻

Why the DNA swab ?
This wasn’t a crime of violence.
Nor one of burglary to where DNA might be useful in identifying the perpetrator.
Is this standard ?
And if a drunk driver is forced to get a blood test for alcohol levels, is DNA identified and saved from that ?
When you scam the elderly, there needs to be only one sentence. Same as it used to be for horse thieves…
