What is going to take to get rid of Michel??
Not the first time
Loser
Is there any kind of governing body who can review these ridiculous low bales we are seeing in kenosha/loserville? I’m not kidding, this is absolutely unacceptable and it seems very unwise to let these idiots in charge of setting bail. Eventually it will escalate to physical retaliation when some clown who should have been given a high bail walks out the door for $50 and beats someone to death in retaliation for disturbing his day. If I lost a loved one to someone who was out on $100 Bond I would seriously have doubts as to my behavior if I was at a red light and the person who let them out was crossing the street in front of me.
Most of our judges are crap. But the bond system is too. If someone is unemployed or poor, they HAVE to get a reasonably low bond that they might be able to pay. It is nonsense because the wealthy and the cash waving drug dealers get out before the ink is dry on their paperwork.
Wisconsin needs new laws to hold anyone who is a danger or menace, a flight risk or severe repeat offender with NO Bond. After a couple court cases, the judge can then have option to negotiate a bond for them.
Definitely has an anger management problem. Feel badly for the child.
