School Bus Driver Charged With Years of Child Sexual Abuse; Commissioner Sets $100,000 Cash Bail

KENOSHA, Wis. — A 44-year-old Kenosha man, Peter E. Johnson III, was charged in court today with multiple Class C and Class D felonies after two now-adult sisters reported years of escalating sexual abuse that they say began when they were around 11 years old. Johnson, a Kenosha Unified School District school bus driver employed by First Student, is accused of repeatedly assaulting the girls from 2017 through 2024, according to the criminal complaint.
