KENOSHA, Wis. — Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. As the day winds down and most of you have already finished your feast, I want to take a moment to speak directly to the people who make this work worthwhile — you, the readers of Kenosha County Eye.
Today, I’m grateful for many things. I’m thankful for the First Amendment, the foundation that allows independent journalism to exist and thrive, even when the stories are tough and the pressure is heavy. I’m thankful for my healthy and beautiful family, who support me day after day as I chase the truth and shine a light where it’s needed.
But above everything else, I’m thankful for you — the readers. Whether you’ve been with me since day one or discovered KCE this year, your support, your tips, your messages, and your trust make this mission possible. You’re the reason this platform has grown into the largest independent news source in Kenosha County.
I hope every one of you enjoyed a warm Thanksgiving meal today surrounded by family, friends, or anyone who brings you comfort. And whether your plate was stacked high or you grabbed leftovers a little later, I hope you felt appreciated, included, and at peace.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for caring about the truth. And thank you for letting me do what I love every single day.
Happy Thanksgiving, from my family to yours.
Kevin

I’m grateful for an actual local news source. Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you Kevin for sticking your neck out when others run. You are an investagative reporter for the city of Kenosha. I stopped my Kenosha News subscription 15 years ago because it was so biased and 3 day old news! I wouldn’t know about half of the stuff going on in our city if I didn’t come across your platform over a year ago! Wishing you and your family many blessings on this Thanksgiving day! Keep up the great reporting!
Thank you for your service to our community!
Thank you for your kind thoughts, and thank you for bringing local news back to Kenosha.
Happy Thanksgiving Kevin!
Happy Thanksgiving kevin.
Thank you for all you do. While I know you are not always appreciated by some in the city, you have a large contingent here who are very grateful for your work. God bless you and your family.
