SOMERS, Wis. — In court and charged today, Maurice I. Price, a 50-year-old Racine man, was given only a $5,000 cash bail, an amount several law-enforcement sources say is shockingly low considering the danger outlined in the criminal complaint and his lengthy history of impaired driving. Price is scheduled to return to court on December 9 for a preliminary hearing.

Who was the judge or commissioner? The police stick their neck on the line everyday only to have radical judges let them walk!

That seems really surprising as he used to be pretty stern
That’s what I was wondering
These radical judges need to be prosecuted for their terrible decisions they make! 4 DUI’S and this dude is out on a low bail! So tired of this nonsense going on in the Wisconsin Judicial system!
Is it significant that the court commissioner or other governing body is not listed in this story? I’d sure like to know who the ass clown is.
