KENOSHA, Wis. — A Chicago woman accused of participating in a high-dollar theft operation at Pleasant Prairie retail stores earlier this year was back in court today after being arrested on a warrant issued when she failed to appear for a previous hearing. Commissioner Michel kept her bail at $5,000 cash.
