SALEM LAKES, Wis. — A Twin Lakes man is facing a felony charge after authorities say he broke into a tow yard used as a police impound lot, attempted to retrieve his impounded vehicle, and instead left with someone else’s truck tailgate — all while allegedly under the influence and caught on camera.
