WAUKEGAN, Ill. — A well-liked Kenosha County Sheriff’s Deputy who is currently on administrative leave is now at the center of a serious misconduct investigation after a fellow deputy, a 31-year-old woman who lives in Illinois, filed for a Stalking No Contact Order in Lake County. The petition alleges he repeatedly misused law-enforcement databases — including Flock and Polaris — to track her movements and refused to stop making contact. If substantiated, the allegations make his termination almost certain and could expose him to criminal prosecution under Wisconsin law.

According to Atlas: The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office operates 11 Flock Safety automated license plate readers as of September 2025. It’s more than creepy that this guy would do this. Stalking is a serious crime. The fact he (allegedly) did this to a fellow cop makes me wonder what TF is wrong with him. Was he unable to use the net to find a date? If this is true, he should lose his job, get prosecuted and head to jail!

Crime victims have specific legal rights to protect them. It was a terrible wrong and a crime for the cop’s buddy, who is also likely a cop, to post her name on this site. There should be another criminal investigation into this outing of the victim.
