KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha County jury today at about 10 a.m. found Stephon K. Hawthorne, 38, guilty on all counts, including first-degree intentional homicide, felon in possession of a firearm, and felony bail jumping, for the killing of 41-year-old Carl Vines Jr. The verdict concluded a tense and emotional three-day trial marked by repeated courtroom disruptions, contested testimony, and crucial surveillance footage.
