KENOSHA, Wis. — Newly filed search-warrant records show investigators believe Donavon J. Castillo, 15, may have been targeting KTEC as part of a school shooting he allegedly planned for Dec. 16, before the FBI and Kenosha Police Department intervened and stopped it. The records also reveal Castillo researched purchasing a firearm weeks before his arrest, signaling to investigators that his fixation may have moved beyond online threats.
