BRISTOL, Wis. — Juan J. Rodriguez, 31, of Ingleside, Illinois, was in Kenosha County Circuit Court on Tuesday and formally charged with third-offense operating while intoxicated after deputies say he crashed his pickup truck into a utility pole, bringing down live power lines in the Village of Bristol.

Court records show Rodriguez was released on no cash bail following his initial court appearance before Court Commissioner William Michel II. He is scheduled to return to court on Jan. 16 for a judicial pre-trial conference.

This guy is a loser. Stay in Illinois, we have enough drunks driving here!
The 2 days in jail with credit for time served will learn him.
Deport.
I think the big cost will be the restitution he has to pay for having the power company fix his mess. I bet it will be at a minimum $10k
Ha ……. he’s going to “pay” …… LOL
I’m just glad he’s ok. & didn’t harm himself or anyone else. Hitting the pole. I’m sure he doesn’t want to drink again. He could be depressed, I definitely drank when I was depression I just didn’t drive
No cash bail?
Kenosha is lost, might as well start setting fire to it again. 😭
