Black Privileges.
Hes an informant.
He needs that grin smacked off his face.
This is not new, just unknown to 99 percent of society. If every booking photo were posted next to the criminal complaint and prior record, then show what the judge set bail at…. Society would be scared and livid, that just do t see it presented plainly. They should, that format should be on KCE and ccaps.
The screen should post each arrest for the day, each booking photo as an icon in a box like the old Brady bunch intro. 9 criminals photos per page, and the charge at the bottom. There could be like a small star indicating if they were out on bond, and maybe the outer color of their box indicating felony or misdemeanor, or prior convictions. This would make it plain and easy for all to grasp. This is who is running around
Our city, and there’s no fear of consequences because look at all the chances they’re given. And when anyone is in ccap for a crime, it should be state law that it must list any government subsidies they receive, and their last couple years of w2 with ssn redacted.
You are an idiot. If it were you booked, you would have a different story.
He’s smiling in his mug shot for a reason. Because he’s gonna do what he wants when he wants. Each and every time he gets a low bail and walks free. He don’t care about anyone else and he likes to intimidate and hurt others.
