KENOSHA, Wis. — A man connected to the November 21 homicide behind 3309 24th Avenue failed to appear in court Tuesday for his scheduled preliminary hearing — and now a judge has ordered him arrested.

It’s not rocket science!
Would I be out of line thinking that we need real Court commissioners? Or am I just the last person to wonder if Court commissioners are having their families threatened or something while they’re deciding what to set bail at? If the government refuses to do its job, historically we end up with large groups with pitchforks and torches, which is a very poor second choice to fixing government.
