KENOSHA, Wis. — A 17-year-old Kenosha man, Gary D. Reagles IV, was formally charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court today following a disturbing domestic incident in which prosecutors say he threatened violence, brandished a knife, and physically stopped the victim from calling police. A court commissioner set his cash bail at $1,500, and he is scheduled to be back in court for a preliminary hearing on December 30.
