KENOSHA, Wis. — A criminal case against 28-year-old Richard D. Haskins, of Kenosha, was thrown out in court after Court Commissioner Aileen Henry ruled that the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office failed to present any factual basis supporting the two misdemeanor charges it chose to file, despite the criminal complaint only describing conduct related to two felonies — alleged threats toward an officer and alleged spitting in an officer’s direction.

Look at that loser. He will be back
total scum
Its about time there’s a commissioner that looks at cases and actually evaluates whether there’s enough to move on with the case. Commissioner Michael’s and every other commissioner dont care nor do they even care about any factual basis, everything is in favor of the crooked a** DA and police. Glad Aileen Henry is doing her job correctly. All you people in the comments talking about “look at him he looks like a thug” or this or that, none of that is supposed to matter in the legal process, YOU people are what’s wrong with it today, you want people to be charged and convicted because of how they look or past records, opinions of people aren’t supposed to be a basis for anything and kenosha and its crooked DAs and police been getting away with it for to long! Glad to see the legal system work in this case!
Maybe the next defendant should walk up and do the exact thing to that judge, since it’s no big deal? 🤣
Did nobody read “no evidence”?! Holy shit….
Enjoy the decline
About time a judge forces the DAs office to do their job. I know the current DA has been in place not a year at but the last regime consistently got away with violating the rights of defendants for decades.
