KENOSHA, Wis. — Roger L. Johansen Jr., 44, of Kenosha, was in court today where he was officially charged in connection with an incident in which police say he refused to pull over for officers, accelerated away through a McDonald’s parking lot, and had to be taken into custody in a high-risk traffic stop. Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Aileen Henry set only a $5,000 cash bail. Johansen is due back in court on January 6th for a preliminary hearing.
