KENOSHA, Wis. — Jason P. Folker, 38, of Trevor, was in Kenosha County Circuit Court today where he was formally charged with felony identity theft as a repeater after police say he used his childhood friend’s identity to avoid being arrested during a traffic stop. I wanted to touch on childhood, seeing this is the only article that is remotely close. These violent kids that Kevin chooses to release their identity and more , in detail , will skate on their appeal for their identity being released here.
Maybe he shouldn’t smoke crack- there’s a thought.
He is 38 years old. Not a child. He lied about his name.

Ana, you are a fucking stupid ass
You already said this.
Not really, you don’t know the law. Within 24 hours of the arrest, the parents were served with TPR subpoena and in front of a judge , where they lost their parental rights to publish the child’s name. The child was deemed a ward of the state of Wisconsin.
Are we reading the same article? This particular one has to do with ans adult male. No kids.
They wrote “crack user”. I bet a good number of readers lived through the eighties…
Crack is still whack.
