KENOSHA, Wis. — A violent pit bull attack during a call for service at 9:17 p.m. Saturday in in the 6100 block of 18th Avenue, left multiple firefighters injured — some from dog bites and two from gunfire-related injuries — after a Kenosha police officer fired to stop a vicious pit bull, according to law-enforcement insiders.

This is not the first time this dog has attacked somebody. It attacked a child ( owner’s son ) around Thanksgiving time and an ambulance had to be called. According to the owner at that time that was also not the first time. The dog should have been euthanized a while ago. The owner of the dog should be more concerned about the welfare of human family members or the general public than the dog. In addition, dogs do attack because they are undisciplined. If they are scared or confused easily (dumb) and then bite as their first reaction, they are dangerous to other dogs or people and should be destroyed. Plenty of non vicious dogs up for adoption at the humane society. No excuses.
