KENOSHA, Wis. — Usually, when a defendant announces he plans to file a notice of appeal before a verdict is even read, it’s a strong indicator he has already predicted the outcome — and that it likely isn’t good. That moment played out in Kenosha County Circuit Court on Monday when Tiron Washington, moments before Judge Angelina Gabriele began reading her findings, said he intended to file an appeal. Gabriele briefly smirked and reminded him that an appeal cannot be filed until after a verdict is entered. Minutes later, she found Washington guilty on all counts.

I’ve seen Judge Angelina Gabriele and Judge Heather Iverson rule. They are predictable because 1-they are exceedingly emotional, and abuse discretion. 2-they wear their emotions on their face, no poker face. 3-can’t wait for their term it up to get some decent gentlemen on the bench, with morals and ethics. Bring Bruce Schroeder back!

Whoever wrote this article is full of it. Buy the transcript, its a book worth reading No Matter the price. He won, Kenosha county took it out of his mouth because they planted a gun, and restaged a vehicle at a scene with the gun inside and then made him the suspect. They coerced witnesses and perjured testimony was used by the judge to find him guilty. The judge made witnesses change their testimony on the stand because it favored the defendants catch phrase “if the scene don’t fit you must acquit”. He knew he was going to prison like we all did that was there because the judge was partial for the state & cheating him the whole trial. That’s why he requested a verbal appeal before the verdict, because he knew what she was going to say already she just had denied he motion for acquittal. They framed him, cheated him that’s why no phones, camera crews were allowed. As a attorney I’m upset for how he was done, because I watched him win and prove corruption & they covered it up. He coming home on appeal, and a very rich man with potential to be a self taught lawyer. Don’t believe the media, pay for the trail transcript, if you wasn’t there before you judge him. He needs a Netflix series and a book called “Kenosha county making a murderer”, for what the transcript exposes they did to him. Its public record buy it, and it will shock you & expose what crocked cops and judges are really like in your community. Other than that get to know him he is brilliant and I’m impressed!
