Routine Business Restructuring Sends Local Drug Users, Failed Politicians, and Internet Trolls Into a Fake-News Frenzy

Copied!
Kenosha County Eye

KENOSHAS, Wis. ─As Friday night began, a small but familiar group of online agitators took to Facebook to spin a routine, boring business filing into a fake crisis. What followed was not reporting, analysis, or even coherent commentary — just the usual pile-on from people who have either been exposed by Kenosha County Eye, embarrassed by it, or openly resent the fact that someone keeps receipts.

Jacqueline Niccolai – Drug User and Dangerous Therapist

A deranged drug user with multiple arrests, who wants to kill police officers and who is currently out on bail for multiple criminal charges and an OWI, decided to cosplay as a business analyst and media critic. She posted a rant mocking routine public filings tied to Kenosha County Eye, complete with laughing emojis, profanity, and the demonstrably false claim that the outlet was somehow finished or shutting down.

That lie, because that is exactly what it was, immediately attracted the usual crowd: political embarrassments, online trolls, and people who have repeatedly been featured on Kenosha County Eye for bad behavior, criminal conduct, or public corruption.

Carl Bryan (D) – Drag Queen and KUSD School Board Member

School board member Carl J. Bryan — a drag queen who publicly performs under the name Carlotta Cox — chimed in with the bizarre suggestion that someone should try to purchase the Kenosha County Eye name because it had supposedly been “abandoned.” That claim is laughably false. I have owned the state trademark to the name Kenosha County Eye since 2020. It is valid through 2031 and will be renewed. End of discussion.

Wisconsin Trade Mark
Ted Kmiec (D)

Also weighing in was embattled former politician and drug-using attorney Theodore B. Kmiec III, who appeared eager to encourage the fantasy that Kenosha County Eye is going under. For clarity, the Kenosha County Eye logo is also trademarked — so if Teddy or anyone else is considering stealing it, they should be prepared for the legal consequences.

James M. Beinecke, 65, of Salem (D)

Local internet troll James M. Beinecke added, “Aren’t open records a bitch!!!” followed by seven laughing emojis — an ironic comment from someone whose ideological allies routinely lose open-records battles and despise transparency unless it benefits them.

John Broemelkamp (D), Partner of Serial Arsonist Allen Dunski (D)

Then there was John Broemelkamp, partner of convicted serial arsonist Allen Dunski, who confidently — and incorrectly — speculated that I had somehow lost my Facebook rights. After the Kyle Rittenhouse case concluded, my Facebook access was restored. I chose not to maintain a personal account. That was a voluntary decision, not a punishment.

Here is the part that seems to confuse this entire clown car.

Changing a business structure is normal. At the suggestion of my accountant, I restructured — or am in the process of restructuring — to an S-corporation or another appropriate entity because of increased revenue and continued growth. This is standard practice across the country for businesses that are scaling. It is a routine tax and operational decision. It is not a shutdown. It is not a collapse. It is not news..

The reality is simple: Kenosha County Eye is doing well financially. Growth creates new considerations, and responsible businesses adapt accordingly. That is called running a business.

Unfortunately, a handful of deeply unserious people attempted to weaponize a mundane administrative change into a fake narrative. Even more unfortunately, there are always a few people foolish enough to believe anything they read on Facebook, especially when it comes from people with long criminal histories and zero credibility.

So let’s state this clearly for anyone still confused.

Kenosha County Eye is operating.
Kenosha County Eye is growing.
Kenosha County Eye owns its name and brand.
Kenosha County Eye is not shutting down — now or ever because of Facebook gossip.

We currently have thousands of subscribers to Kenosha County Eye Plus+ and are heading into 2026 focused on continued expansion. In fact, we are actively looking for writers with specialized skills and subject-matter expertise to contribute columns and in-depth reporting.

If you are interested, email [email protected] or reach out by phone or text.

Having haters comes with the territory when you expose corruption, hypocrisy, and abuse of power. Most days, it’s entertaining. When those same people knowingly spread fake news, it becomes necessary to correct the record.

To our loyal readers and subscribers: thank you.
To the trolls: cope harder.
Happy New Year.

    1. Kevin, stay strong! You know you are over the target when these people lash out against you. You expose them for who they really are. Glad to know this about this therapist who is unprofessional and incompetent to council others. I will stay far away from any counciling from her.

    1. Anyone that post on that site, has real issues. I’m sorry, but it’s not to make fun of them but to feel sorry for their life troubles and hope 2026 will be the year they find their way.

    2. How many BFF’s has Jackie had? She goes through friends like underwear. Funny thing is, Jackie is supposedly an advocate for children. Stefany has not had custody of her daughter for years because Stefany is just as psycho and Jackie. Her daughter refused to live with her. These 2 will butt heads soon because they are both manipulating, bat shit crazy, nut cases.

      1. And Jackie was a HUGE Trump supporter, she had a giant cut out of him. She also was part of the “Kenosha Militia”, walking the streets with a gun strapped on her during the riots while her kids sat at home. I bet her new friends don’t know that…

      1. The term ˈrē-ˌtärd refers to a person with an intellectual disability. That might be how one would describe the author of Kenosha Exposed, just saying. When a site has a group of people with various legal and mental health issues, some might refer to them using that term. Not sure where that phrase is used over there, but just a thought on that group.

        1. Please reconsider your statement. I’m a democrat. I’m not mentally challenged; the “R” word doesn’t apply. ; ) People in both parties have deeply felt opinions about how to make life better for themselves and their neighbors, but bottom line; we all do want to make things better. We are more alike than we are different.
Writing off people because of the letter you file them under eliminates many good peeps who can be allies against the bad guys.

I lament the loss of the written word in favor of the “laughing emoji” and similar cave-wall markings. Abandoning the Queen’s English for smiley or sad faces is yet another sign of our general, downward spiral. But the good news: more well-written articles from The Eye are to come!
