PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Kenosha woman accused of reckless domestic violence, attempting to run over her former partner with a vehicle, and leading police on a high-speed chase exceeding 100 miles per hour appeared in court Monday and was given a $20,000 cash bail by Court Commissioner William Michel II, according to newly filed court records .
