It is likely that the Village of Pleasant Prairie’s new police chief has both a REAL bachelor’s and master’s degree. That is unlike the City of Kenosha’s former police chief John Morrissey, who had a FAKE bachelor’s degree. Instead of being ashamed for being deceived by Morrissey’s con, Kenosha City officials still allow him to be the city administrator. And people wonder why Kenosha is so corrupt.
